Are Seamless1 hair extensions made from real human hair?
Yes, all Seamless1 extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair. Our manufacturing method preserve and keep the cuticule aligned and in the same direction in our ultimate range for natural movement and longevity.
How long do Seamless1 hair extensions last?
Minimum 6 months with proper care. Tape requires re-taping every 6–10 weeks; pre-bonded requires maintenance every 12–16 weeks.

How many packets are needed for a full head?
If you want to add highlight or you want to add thicknes to your hair there is absolutely no minumum and you can achieve amazing result with few pieces up to many packet. The answer will depend on your budget and tollerance. For V-Shape layered hair you can add lenght and thickness by using 1 packet and up. Most clients require 2 packets depending on hair thickness, hair cut and desired result. Please note, hair extensions does not like blunt hair cuts. If your hair is blunt or bob is better layer it or texturize the end to save on having to apply large amount of extensions. For impactful transformation three, four or more packets are needed.
Can Seamless1 hair extensions be coloured?
Yes, as they are 100% human hair. We recommend professional product only and advise toning rather than bleaching. We advise to tone a small strand first and to see if you are happy with the final tone prior to colouring the whole hair.
Why do hair colours vary slightly from swatches?
As a natural human hair product, slight colour variation between batches is normal.

How do you apply tape hair extensions?
For optimum results your client’s hair must be clean and dry (avoid conditioner or styling products on the roots to mid length area).
- Section the client’s hair into rows from left to right, leaving at least 2cm from the neck and side hairlines.
- Take a section of 4cm in width x 1mm in thickness and apply the S1 Hair Extensions with adhesive facing up, underneath the sectioned piece of hair. Lower the sectioned piece of hair on top of the first S1 Hair Extensions tape tab distributed evenly over the entire surface of the tab then press gently with a tail comb. Peel off the second S1 tape tab and apply on top of the first tab / hair with the adhesive facing downward. Press firmly to ensure that 100% of the two S1 Hair Extensions tabs have been pressed together creating a firm adhesion to ensure longer lasting.
- Take your next section 1-2 inches above the last section and repeat Step 2.
- For front of the hair take a section 2 inches above the ear and 2cm away from the front hair line, to ensure the tape is not visible and to allow 8 to 12 weeks hair growth without touching the ears. Repeat step 2.
- Cut and style as desired, for guaranteed results recommend S1 Approved shampoo and conditioner as well as care and styling products, to ensure that the tape hair extensions remain in the hair as chemicals in most brands could have a reaction to the bond.

What aftercare tips do you recommend for the hair to last longer?
- Avoid washing hair for 48 hours after installation.
- Use compatible hair care; we highly recommend using the S1 Hair Care and seamless1 ultimate range (i.e., Shampoo, Conditioner, and Serum). For ultimate care, add a Care Mask (between Shampoo and Conditioner) and a Leave-in Cream (mix with Serum and apply on towel-dried hair).
- Only apply conditioner and masks to mid-lengths and ends; avoid contact with the bonds.
- Always use heat protection and ensure hot tools are no higher than 170 degrees. Use Seamless1 Serum before and after for added protection.
- Use a Seamless1 Care Brush and brush gently in small sections daily, starting from the ends and working up.
- Never sleep with wet hair. We recommend a loose braid or low ponytail for sleep to prevent matting.
- Maintenance is required every 6-10 weeks for tape extensions and 12-16 weeks for pre-bonded hair extensions.
Sleeping Habits
- Point: Never sleep with wet extensions, as this causes severe matting and tangling at the root.

Physical Activity & Swimming
- Point: Before swimming in saltwater, wet your hair with fresh water and apply a small amount of S1 Serum or Leave-in Cream to act as a barrier.
- Point: Wash your hair immediately after swimming to remove harsh chemicals or salt that can dry out the bonds and hair.
- Point : we do not recommend to swim in chlorine at any time as the type and level of chlorine may vary , chlorine can be harming to both your natural hair and the extensions.
Product Placement
- Point: When applying conditioner, masks, or serums, only apply from the mid-lengths to the ends. Avoid the scalp and the bonds/tapes entirely, as oils can cause the extensions to slip.
Drying Technique
- Point: Always dry the roots and bonds of your extensions thoroughly on a low-to-medium heat setting. Leaving the bonds damp for long periods can soften the adhesive or keratin.
How do I remove hair extensions safely?
- Removal timing varies: 6-10 weeks for tape extensions or 12-16 weeks for pre-bonded extensions, depending on hair growth.
- Always use the recommended Seamless1 Tape Removal Spray. Use recommended tools like pliers to crack and remove the bonds for pre-bonded extensions.
- Hair should be thoroughly washed and clarified after removal. Do not use conditioner or leave-in treatments near the scalp if tapes or bonds are being reinstalled.
What if the bonds are sticky or hard to remove?
- This can happen if bonds are polluted with certain chemicals or oils.

- You will also need a pair of Pliers.
- If bonds are difficult to remove, crack the bonds gently before applying the removal solution.
- Massage the solution into the bond.
- Use textured pliers for better grip compared to smooth ones.
- Twist your wrist in/out while cracking.
- Repeat steps 1, 2, and 3 if necessary.
How do I care for my Clip in and Ponytail?
- Brush your clip in and pony tail with seamless1 dry brush and store in a dry place .
- When washing your clip in use warm water and apply S1 hair care range.
- Hang the extensions to dry overnight and next day brush, apply serum and style as desired for ultimate results.
How long does the training go for?
- Theory : 1 – 1.5 hours . Theory covers consultation, marketing, how to quote and product knowledge.

How long do deliveries take?
- Most orders for Sydney metro placed before 9:30am are delivered the same day, otherwise it is overnight. Most Australian capital cities receive their deliveries overnight. Bulky shipments and remote areas might take 1 or 2 additional days. We always recommend placing your orders in advance as the above information is indicative and Seamless1 has no control over your parcel once it leaves our warehouse.
